Abby Noel Winterbrook graduated from the Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with Gifted Education Specialization at the University of Denver in August 2022. Abby is a High School Ceramics and AP 3D Art & Design Teacher at Issaquah High School in Issaquah, Washington. Abby is also the Visual Arts Department Chair at Issaquah High School. She is also an artist, much of her work is focused on Functional Ceramics and Landscape/Wildlife Photography. Abby's research interests include creativity, art education, gifted education, and the interconnectedness of these three realms of education. Abby earned a Master of Arts in Teaching with K-12 Art Licensure from Maine College of Art. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications with a specialization in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design.
